We provide these services year-round and find that winter months are the perfect time to work on new or existing garden ponds with minimum disruption to the client, and new grass and planting can be brought on through spring in time for the perfect summer garden!
We are authorised Oase Installers and Firestone Pondgard liner installers. We are also a registered waste carrier for the Environment Agency.
In order to find the right products for your needs, we also work with other brands, including Kockney Koi, Evolution Aqua, Blagdon and Laguna among many others.
Filtration
We provide services to find appropriate solutions for your needs. We specialise in the design, installation, and servicing of filters for garden ponds.
Construction
Pondtek undertakes construction in all types of garden ponds. These range from small garden ponds and outdoor water features (such as waterfalls, waterfall fountains and infinity ponds) for your home to larger water features for commercial or larger residential premises and natural aquatic habitats. We will also work in conjunction with other professionals as part of a larger scheme in your garden or other space.
Maintenance & Cleaning
Our packages allow us to provide a mixture of services to fit your schedule, budget and needs. We also offer a full clean out service for your garden pond and/or outdoor water feature, tailored to your specific needs and budget.
We are happy to schedule services as one-off, annual or a tailored package.
Pond Renovation & Restoration
When the worst thing happens or you feel that’s time to restore or improve your water feature or pond, we offer various solutions tailored to your requirements.
Pond Repairs
We can also help locate, stop and repair leaks and water loss problems.

Contact us to arrange a consultation. We are more than happy to meet with you in your garden, or other space, where we can discuss your requirements and budget, and we can give you an idea of the options available.
Our experience, independence and training allows us to provide you with a range of options and budgets.
As part of our service, we will visit your property to assess the work required. However, we haven’t any availability for larger jobs, such as pond cleans, until August.
